Pick up & drop off times:

- Pick up will be available the night before from 9pm-10pm or the morning of between 7-9am

- Drop off hours are between 5-8pm the day your rental ends.

- Drop off and Pick up is available in Whistler & Pemberton. Flat fee of $15 applies

Rental Terms and Conditions:

• Payment for all rental equipment is to be made before you take the board.

• A valid photo identification and credit card are required for all rentals.

• A credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental for a damage deposit.

• If the rental equipment is returned late, there will be a charge of the additional day rate for everyday the rental equipment is late.

• If the rental equipment is returned damaged or dirty, a repair/cleaning fee will be charged.

• If the rental equipment is lost or destroyed, the replacement cost will be the full retail value of the rental equipment.
